  • The Pregnant with Possibilities Legacy Ball is open to everyone who believes in celebrating community, leadership, and legacy. We welcome individuals, families, community leaders, business professionals, nonprofit organizations, sponsors, and supporters who want to celebrate the impact of those making a difference.

  • Yes! The Legacy Ball is designed to celebrate generations. Guests of all ages are welcome to attend. We encourage families to join us as we honor individuals and organizations building legacies that inspire future generations.

  • The attire for the Legacy Ball is Black Tie Optional.
    Guests are encouraged to wear:

    • Formal gowns or cocktail dresses 

    • Tuxedos or suits 

    • Cultural or traditional formal attire is also welcomed 

    We invite guests to dress elegantly as we celebrate this special evening.

  • Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.

  • Ticket pricing and table sponsorships are available on our website.
    Each individual ticket includes:

    • Admission to the Legacy Ball 

    • Dinner 

    • Awards Ceremony 

    • Entertainment 

    • Access to networking and celebration activities

  • Absolutely! Individual tickets and reserved tables are available. Corporate, nonprofit, and family table sponsorships are encouraged and include additional recognition opportunities.

  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

    If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest by contacting our team before the event.

  • Yes. The venue is ADA accessible and can accommodate guests with mobility needs.

    If you require additional accommodations, please contact us before the event so we can ensure your experience is comfortable.

  • Yes.

    Photography and videography will be captured throughout the evening for promotional, educational, and historical purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that their image may be used in future Pregnant with Possibilities marketing and promotional materials.

  • We welcome businesses, foundations, churches, and community partners to invest in the Legacy Ball through sponsorship opportunities.

  • Yes!

    Your tax-deductible donation directly supports the mission of Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center and helps us continue providing maternal health, behavioral health, family support, and community programs throughout Northeast Ohio.

  • Nominations are open to the public until August 15, 2026

    We encourage you to recognize individuals, families, businesses, faith leaders, and organizations making a lasting impact in our community.

  • Yes. Self-nominations are welcome and will be reviewed using the same selection criteria as all other nominations.

  • A selection committee will review all eligible nominations based on leadership, community impact, innovation, service, and legacy. Final recipients will be notified before the event.

  • Yes! Volunteers are essential to the success of the Legacy Ball.
    Volunteer opportunities include:

    • Guest registration 

    • Event setup and décor 

    • Guest hospitality 

    • Silent auction support (if applicable) 

    • Awards assistance 

    • Vendor support 

    • Event breakdown

  • Proceeds from the Legacy Ball benefit Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center's programs that strengthen mothers, fathers, children, and families through maternal health, behavioral health, education, workforce development, and community engagement. Every ticket purchased, sponsorship secured, and donation received helps us continue building healthier families and stronger communities.
